Who are Central Sun Club?
Founded in 2024, Central Sun Club was founded by a group of friends who attended their local naturist swim on a regular basis.
With Scotland having only one official designated naturist beach and an apparent shortage of landed clubs, the group of friends decided that they would take matters in to their own hands and work to try and build a club from nothing but a dream.
Hours of planning, a few disagreements and lots of coffee later, the Central Sun Club was born!
Now established with a constitution, committee and a site in the pipeline, the club operates as a member-led, not for profit community group with the aims of both promoting naturism through providing a safe, accessible space for naturists to practice their philosophy without fear of judgement, harassment or intimidation, as well as protecting our local environment through sustainable forestry management.
Central Sun Club has been founded on the values of fairness, equality and accessibility and will work to ensure that naturists from all walks of life can have the chance to experience this wonderful way of living and help to play their part in protecting our environment.
